Shipping policy

Depending on the service you use, APEX may provide sourcing, package receiving, consolidation, international shipping, freight forwarding, fulfilment and logistics, delivery coordination and tracking.

Depending on the transaction, products may be fulfilled through APEX logistics or through the applicable seller or supplier. Not every marketplace order is fulfilled from an APEX warehouse.

At checkout you can choose express carriers, ATG Standard Shipping, ATG Air Freight, ATG Sea Freight, or pickup at our Lagos office. Available options and prices depend on your delivery country.

Shipping prices and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and checked again just before payment, so the amount you are charged always matches the option you picked. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier or set by our team and are not guaranteed dates.

Every parcel receives an ATG tracking number. Follow its full journey — with the date, time and location of each update — on the ATG Tracking page.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties in the destination country. Unless your quote says otherwise, duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

If your parcel has no tracking update for an extended period, we will notify you and tell you what happens next. You can always contact support for help.
