Seller terms

The ATG Marketplace is operated by APEX TERRA GLOBAL LIMITED. APEX is not a bank or financial institution.

Only verified businesses with an active seller subscription can list products or vehicles. Sellers provide business information and supporting documentation, including a valid business registration document (CAC in Nigeria, or the equivalent government registration in other countries). APEX reviews this information before approval and may request additional KYC or business documentation at any time.

APEX may review listings, and every listing is reviewed by the APEX team before customers see it. Listings must be accurate, fairly priced in USD, and must not include prohibited items. Edited listings go back for review.

Seller plans are billed monthly, every 6 months or yearly in USD. A plan activates when payment is confirmed and expires at the end of its period. Coupons, where offered, apply a percentage discount to the plan price.

Sellers must comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules, honour confirmed orders, keep stock levels accurate, and respond to buyers promptly. APEX may suspend sellers or listings for compliance, fraud, prohibited-product or policy reasons.

APEX may collect and process customer payments for marketplace transactions. Marketplace transaction proceeds are associated with the applicable order and seller transaction and may be subject to marketplace fees, refunds, cancellations, disputes, verification and settlement controls before seller payout. APEX subsequently settles the applicable seller proceeds.

APEX does not currently operate a consumer stored-value wallet, peer-to-peer money-transfer service or bank account for marketplace users. Your APEX Account shows your marketplace balances and payout history; it is not a bank account.

APEX handles advertising and promotion of the marketplace and connects your products with buyers across our markets. Your seller workspace shows your listings' status and lets you update them at any time.
