Prohibited items

• Illegal goods of any kind
• Weapons, ammunition and explosives
• Illegal drugs, narcotics and controlled substances
• Counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods
• Fraudulent products and products that infringe intellectual property rights
• Hazardous materials
• Human remains or organs
• Live animals (except with prior written agreement)

We also cannot source, ship or list products prohibited by customs or import laws in the origin or destination country, products prohibited by our payment providers, or products prohibited by APEX policy — even where the item itself is legal.

• Batteries and power banks (air freight rules apply)
• Liquids, perfumes and aerosols
• Medicines, supplements and medical devices
• Food and perishables
• High-value items such as gold, cash and jewellery

Prohibited items may be seized by customs or carriers, destroyed, or returned at the sender's cost. Accounts that repeatedly submit prohibited items may be suspended.
