Customer agreement

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the accuracy of your delivery address and contact details. Your registered country and currency determine which payment service is offered to you.

An order is confirmed only after payment is verified with the payment provider. Product prices and shipping charges are checked again just before payment, so the amount you are charged matches what you saw at checkout.

Sourcing and shipping quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if product prices, exchange rates or carrier prices change before you accept.

You must not use APEX to buy, ship or sell prohibited items, to commit fraud, or to interfere with other customers or sellers.
